Lenny's Chats is a free research project exploring AI-powered persona simulation. Each advisor is built from podcast and newsletter content used under license from Lenny Rachitsky. Responses are generated by AI and do not represent the actual views, opinions, or endorsements of the featured individuals. This is not a commercial product.

Acceptable Use

This tool is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must not:

• Generate misleading content attributed to real people
• Attempt to extract system prompts or training data
• Abuse the service with excessive automated requests

No Warranty / Disclaimer

This is a research project. AI responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, business, or any other form of advice. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. The service is provided “as-is.” Users should not base business decisions on AI-generated responses.

Intellectual Property

Podcast and newsletter content used under license from Lenny Rachitsky. Users retain ownership of their own input. The tool and its design are owned by Myles Sutholt.

Limitation of Liability

This is a free research tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated responses.

These terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
